Going to St. Louis

Greetings all,

I'm headed to the Greater St. Louis Renn Faire! [link] I'll be gone about a month. I'll be able to check in via the library computer and a friends laptop. I'm also taking my pencils and commissions with me.

Hopefully the booth will actually have a roof this year. (Important for keeping out the rain!) I'm taking my camera and I'll upload pictures of the booth later.

If you're in the area stop by the booth at the crossroads on the top of the "hill". (And trust me, you'll know what I mean.) We'll be the ones with all the bright sarongs and all the dragons!!!

(Yes, I mean you too, Glen!)

I actually have never heard of Crystal...Of course I don't play video games. Several years ago I began developing carpel tunnel and other nerve problems in my arms, and I had to make the decision to either play video games or do artwork. Artwork won. I sold my system and all my games and have never looked back. (Well not too much. I still sigh over some of the wonderful graphics of some of the games that I see, but all in all I'm happy with my choice.)

And I hadn't heard about the non-support of Windows XP, but MSN can kiss my ass. I'm not upgrading. Hell, I still miss windows 98! ;D

You may not like this, but from what I've heard,after October, MSN will no longer support WindowsXP, so you may have to upgrade to that miserable Windows Vista. By the way, have you ever considered drawing Krystal? She's the very popular blue vixen from Nintendo.

I don' like MSN very much.

It's nice of you to let us know you're still around. My imagination wandered away with me and I imagined you were abducted bylittle green men with 3 eyes and had been been chained to a chair.... being forced to draw for them..I got to chain to chain my immagination up.

I don't know how you do it, but you continuily create absolutely fantastic pictures of animals that actually look like the animals they respresentand yet look human enough to waznt to meet them. You are amazing, StephanieLynn, absolutely amazing.

Thank you! I hope to compile them all in a book sometime soon. ....Soon being a relative term meaning sometime in the next year or so. I want to do it in color, so I have to save up. I usually don't do cartoons, but they just showed up one day and made me laugh. I'm glad they made you smile too!
